As you can see I work in many different mediums and styles from semi-realism to abstract and in between. I have found over the years that as soon as a technique or subject becomes successful - usually regarding sales - I move on to another challenge, although I usually cycle back over time.  Recently I have been giving myself assignments - everything from multiple three color studies to precise drawings and paintings using grids and lots of thumbnail sketches.  But I prefer to work abstractly looking for images and wonderful surprises.
